Vivek Shimpi
Vivek Shimpi is CTO at VivaLogic, where he designed and built CLIP’s technical architecture: the front end, the back end and the infrastructure serving individual users, financial advisors and CLIP’s distribution partners. He is a full-stack engineer with a decade in medical devices, where he runs a global enterprise application and is accountable for encryption, personal data handling, uptime and audited recordkeeping, and he brings that discipline to financial software.

Priya Shimpi Driscoll
A tenured professor and behavioral scientist who brings the rigor of academic research to the challenge of making complex financial products clear and compelling for everyday savers. She leads the behavioral and design work at VivaLogic, drawing on two decades of research into how people learn, communicate, and make decisions. Her expertise in educational technology was recognized when a product she advised was named one of Time Magazine’s Top 100 Inventions of 2019.
